Church Street Dental is a mixed NHS and private practice. We are currently not accepting new NHS patients, but offer a private membership plan tailored to your requirements in partnership with Practice Plan.
Payments
NHS payments are due on the day of your appointment. Private treatment estimates and treatment plans will be provided before treatment begins.
NHS Fees & Charges

| Band 1 | £27.90 | Examination, diagnosis, advice and necessary X-rays. |
| Band 2 | £76.60 | Band 1 treatment plus fillings, root canal treatment and extractions. |
| Band 3 | £332.10 | Bands 1 and 2 plus crowns, dentures and bridges. |
Missed Appointments Policy
We do not charge for missed NHS appointments. However, after two consecutive failures to attend or short-notice cancellations without 24 hours’ notice, we may no longer offer further appointments.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high standard of care. Please speak to a member of staff promptly if you have concerns. A formal complaints pack is available from the practice.
